Knock at low RPM

Decided to do a random data log session and was cruising around town trying to stay out of boost. Saw high counts of knock while taking off not going fast around the 1500RPM range. Load is around 60-80. Can someone with tuning experience take a look at the log and let me know if its anything to be concerned with? Did some searching and it might be a case of the Phantom knock issue just wanted to make sure. Currently on a Cobb Protune low boost map. Parts are Cobb EBCS, Panel filter, Catback, UICP, Synapse diverter, future plans are ETS 3.5 intercooler and turbo back.

Do you have a log tabl that will show the adv timing vs knock count vs rpm just as the one shown in the thread posted above?

Hi, is this still true on the 13 evo x's. I'v been concerned about low rpm (around 2000) high knock count(2-4) usually but as high as 9 all at random? The car is a 13 MR with next no knock during a 3rd gear pull with normal afr's. On a side note the colder it gets seems too do it more often but just as random. I run dual maps, 91 and 94 protune through cobb V3 and both maps seem too do the same amount of knock. Opinions?
Thx Myke

From reading the link posted earlier in the thread seems to be a pretty normal, wierd, but normal thing for the know to read high sometimes at low rpms. At WOT is there any know issues?

I was told with the GSR under low load, knock will appear and its normally coming from the vibration of the motor and transmission getting the car in motion. Our knock sensor is that sensitive. I have not seen any check engine lights flashing which is a sign of knock at full throttle but by then that can be too late.

WOT all is good, minimal knock and normal afr's. It's just driving around normal, in normal auto mode and all of a sudden you look down at the v3 and it has registered 2-4 and some times up too 9 knocks. It kinda freaks me out.

No, not that large and not just putting around. That will be my next log and i'll try to capture some of the high knock. Trying to upload my logs but i can't.

Typically knock at low load is not too big of a concern due to the fact that cylinder pressure is not high enough to actually be causing detonation. The Evo platform in particular seems pretty susceptible to registering false knock. You can check things like rattling heatshields or loose components as the knock sensor will pick up that noise on occasion.

What would be considered low load threshold to where low to moderate sums aren't cause for concern? Thanks for the help, much appreciated!!
