I was wondering if anyone here has had their emissions done with the stage 2 MAP and a test-pipe?

Here in AZ I rarely see them use the sniffer on most newer cars, they pretty much just attach the computer system to the OBD II. My question is does the stage 2 OTS map from cobb just turn the CEL for the missing cat off or if it sends a false signal tricking the computer? I was just wondering so that I can prepare the car for emissions if I need to replace the cat and return to a stock tune?

You will pass an OBDII scan, but will need a HFC to pass a sniffer.
