I'm the worst drag racer evAr...

Here is what I ran..

60' 2.766
1/8 9.658
mph 86.13
1/4 14.198
mph 111.22

60' 2.332
1/8 8.92
mph 86.82
1/4 13.442
mph 111.55

60' 2.316
1/8 8.89
mph 86.99
1/4 13.468
mph 110.41

60' 2.015
1/8 8.579
mph 86.59
1/4 13.159
mph 110.25

This was on 92 octane. Mods: XEDE, 272's, and GT3076.

I suck at drag racing. Luckily, there was another EVO there kickin' ***. He was cranking in 12.7's @107 and his buddy w/ an STI was runnin' 12.6 @ 107. Both those guys could drive. None of there cars were heavily modded. Basically, exhaust and reflashes. Either one of them would have put my car in the low 12's.

With that MPH you should be in the mid to low 12's. What RPM are you launching your car at?

the evo has a too tall first gear. you need to beat the crap out of it to get a good launch. Put it at 6000rpm and slip the clutch out. letting the rpm drop down is the worst thing you can do.

With the mods you have I have to agree with you, you suck, hehe... just kidding. All you need to do is practice. On the down side practicing isn't going to be cheap get ready for a new clutch.

This is my second time at the track ever. The run I had the 2.332 I had major wheel spin. The rest all sucked. I did crack a 1.92 60', but I couldn't get the damn thing into 2nd. I would of hit 12's on that run.

I am running a Exedy twin disk so hopefully it can take a beating.

On a side note, there was a AMG E55 MB that ran a 11.5@116. He was running a 75 dry shot.

Well, the times appear to get better after each run, so keep it up and it'll get better.
