I thought we discussed this earlier, but to reiterate, your mph is consistent with a stock 03/04. Your mods should be good for 107-108mph on pump gas, but you have to take your Tampa heat and humidity into consideration...

NO THANKS sti ...how do u change plugs on that subaru? and an intercooler that faces up, when the cool air comes from the front , not the top...gotta get a front mount to go fast son.
