Your shifts, and my launches should put us in 11s. LOL As soon as i get mine back, im takin it to ATL to have a quick alky tune done....my traps dropped from 91 to 88 in the 1/8th when going from race gas to pump+alky on the same timing and boost map.

 

yaah i didnt want to sound like im starting a pissing contest and this all word of mouth, but i know f1 dyno from maine, one of the kids that worked there was claiming to run 11's (with upgraded turbo) in his MR, but as far as i know the car is now back to stock and sold

 

Uh, ok, then why did you mention it? We don't deal in hearsay, we deal in timeslips. A lot of people make a lot of claims. Is this the whole reason you questioned me...due to some kid that used to have a modded MR but that never published his claimed 11-sec timeslip? Come on now, you MUST have something better than that as proof, right? This is what you said:

Yes,saw him up an New England Dragway in May and it ran 11.80's and that was with a GT35R kit and UTEC I believe,as he was parked next to us in the pits.

 

Just need a timeslip then...

 

Unfortunatly I did not know him,nor have ever seen him before,but he did have F1dyno or F1performance stickers all over his car,even think his plate was F1DYNO,not positive.Some one on this site was video taping some of the evo runs,I believe NESIOP had video taped the runs.I dont know even if the person with the MR frequents these forums? so him posting a timeslip may be hard to get,although if NESIOP video taped his runs and then he could show you,as I saw it,but who the *uck am I,My word means #hit. Its like the old saying"Tell a man there is 35 Billion stars in the universe and he will believe you,tell that same man that bench you had just finished painting is wet,and he has to touch it to find out

 

A video of it would suffice as long as we could tell it was an MR. Otherwise, it's not enough...

Yah I saw him at New England dragway- and talked to him in the pit lanes and he told me he was running 11.8s and couldnt get great traction, i didnt ask to see his time slip cause i didnt really care i was just trying to get one run in myself before it started raining- but you weren't there so i can see you want a timeslip- not a big deal- you have been greating great times with such lil mods and i wish u the best in breaking into the 11's- youll definatly be the first to and -probably only one for a while to do it with under 2 grand worth of mods!

 

Good idea...I PM'd Nesiop to see if he has any footage, since we'll obviously never see a timeslip.
