I drove up to Vegas this weekend from so cal for the supercross race and I thought it would be a good time to run the car at there midnight meyheim. The evo's where representing very well at the track, I think all but one was in the 12's. I got in 5 runs which were in the order I ran them: 12.2, 12.2, 12.0, 12.0, and the last one of the night a 11.9. The car ran really well hitting 25lbs max boost. I can't thank Alfred at Tuning Technologies enough!! He truly cares about his customers after each run he ask me to touch base with him on how the car was running and suggesting some slight changes to my exedy and boost. He knew I wanted a 11.9. As a result I ran a quicker time every single run. Alfred thank you. This was my first 11 second pass ever and a very exciting moment for me. Some of you may have read a few weeks ago that I ran 12.15 at palmdale. Car had the same mods in vegas and was just kick butt. I will post some slips when I get back to so cal for those that would like to see them. There may even be a video to pop up, some of the vegas members filmed a pass or two and that video will be posted only if they choose to do the work and put it together. It was fun to talk and hang out with you vegas guys.

Allright great times . Now when you hit Fontana you should be several tenths quicker. I ran 13.0's @ 106 at Las Vegas and then ran 12.70's @ 108 at Fontana.

 

I am still in vegas on my laptop, I will try and scan slips in the next couple days however this is how the slips read. My mods are tbe (hks), walbro fuel pump, 660 injectors, head studs, cams (hks 264/272), mbc, custom dyno tuned xede by Alfred at tuning technologies is so cal. All pass were on race gas with boost spiking to 25ish lbs. I ran 5 times listed in order (each run was a little quicker)

Great job Tad! Have any other stock turbo evos run 11s at Las Vegas? I think you are the first. How you liking that Xede?

 

Tom, Thank you. I have no idea if there have been any other stock turbo 11's in vegas... I am sure some of the vegas evo guys would know. As for that little black box called an xede, my car is faster with it running the show hands down. Best upgrade my car has on it without any doubt.
