First time in dragstrip (time?)

its' my first time ever in a 1/8 dragstrip. anyway, i was wondering what would i time in a 1/4 mile dragstrip with this time.

Reaction time: 1.185

60 foot Time: 1.898

Trap MPH: 05.0 (not sure if this is right but it's in the slip)

1/8 Elapsed Time: 7.552

sorry i don't have the speed
Please don't criticize me on my reaction time, i know it's a horrible time....

my mods:

MBC, ECU reflash from Al.

just wondering if its' a good time too....

Because for that 1/8th time the 05.0 would be most likely a 95 in the 1/8th. That is not possibly with just a MBC and flash. You would need exhaust at the very least, probably pipes, maybe an exhaust cam, etc.

For the record that equates to (roughly) an 11.87 @ 117.8 everything else being equal.

7.5 @ 105 i assume the slip dropped the 1, showing 05.

7.5 1/8 mile is good for low 11's such as 11.3-11.4ish

105 mph in 1/8 is good for high 10's.

and you say your mods are MBC and ecu flash. :O

with your mods you should be running around 12.8 @ 105 with a 1.8 60 foot.

something doesn't seem right. IX's are stong but not strong enough to run a high 11 sec pass, which your 1/8th mile ET is showing, with a flash & MBC.

were you running race gas and 28psi or something??

I think the "0" is suppose to be a "8" for the mph, so its 85mph, which is good for mid-low 12s.. and idk, maybe there was an error with the machine, cause if we could get a real read out of the mph then, we could tell if the 1/8 is accurate.

Yeah, you can't rely on those numbers, because they are not accurate. It's no use going to an 1/8th mile track and worrying about your 1/4 times. Just go to a real track, because those numbers are not legit.

Put it this way, my fastest ever 1/8th mile is 7.63@90.8, and that's with a 1.66 60' on a 12.0000 1/4 ET with a few more mods and race gas with great driving. Your driving was not good at all, your 60' was weak, and you have just basic mods. A 7.55 with that weak 60' would mean you're trapping high 90s in the 1/8th and low 11s in the 1/4 (with a good launch) with 120mph traps.

The numbers are useless, sorry.

Yeah that time is way too fast for your mods. Go to the track again and back it up twice and post the slips here. If its true then you are hella fast!!
