nice runs dan, I couldnt believe it when I saw the 117 trap the run before, I knew once you could get a good launch with less clutch slip that car would run 11's no prob.
Now its time to get that beast down to 10's on a stock turbo.

For anyone who questions this car, I drove in it the day before we went to the track and its nuts, you dont relize how fast you are going till you look down at the speedo!! It is super quiet at low and moderate throttle, and at WOT it is an interesting sound, not loud but not quiet, just sounds like a whole lot of air coming out.

well Martin was here for SEMA and also did some flash's while he was here. I did buy a truck and trailer recently so it will make it easier to travel now.

I was watching Martin do some flash's on Dougs Dyno here and it made me want to get my car done I was confinced to keep the car stock, but I was getting a little bored in Vegas without my Evo 8 here. Now you can't get me away from this car, I find excuses to go out and drive it.

Now that I seen the potential of the IX, I'm thinking of making some minor changes and going for a 10 sec run on the stock turbo. Martin look what your doing to me!

You're welcome Dan!

Time for you to get into road racing and time attacking too.

They do make a 30" muffler. But the photo you posted does not look like one. Can you take a pic of a yardstick next to it?

TECH QUESTION: How is the tune different when comparing it to a map of a 3" turbo back exhaust?

I know that this is on race gas so timing is probably maxed out but I am curious what kind of changes needed to be made for the corked up exhaust.

Can you imagine the intake, exhaust, BOV SRT4 that rolls up next to Dan's "stock" Evo at the stop light and revs at him .

You should look into this Dan... The only thing cooler then beating that SRT4 in a stock appearing/sounding Evo is opening that cut-out and watching his "oh ****" face.
