34 psi is a lot to run without headstuds, and certainly without a tune!

Warrtalon speaks the truth... a 12.2 with a 112 trap indicates major top end knock

You can't hit a 12.2 @ 112 with a 1.8+, so that means you're really trapping much higher but are losing it at the end due to knock.

Anyway, it's very simple. You get tuned for pump and race gas - keep both files - and load whichever one you want when necessary. Use the pump tune daily and flash in the race gas tune when racing. Just be sure to use the same octane mix each time.

34 psi isnt too much boost because i highly doubt youre hitting that... Launching over 5k and staying over 550 the rpms dont drop enough to though that.. I use to run 34 with my car and i would only see that from rolls and it wouldnt be for very long.

The question is what was the proportion of race gas to pump gas... too much youre drowning it with a tune.. too little and youre knocking like theres no tomorrow...

Yikes, I can't believe you turned your boost that high without a race gas tune, luckily you know better now.
