Dan, I would slap those on and go driver around a little bit to heat cycle them in, they won't hook very well until there scrubbed in and heat cycled. Do some wide open throttle pulls through 1st and 2nd on them and get some heat to them, then take it to the track..

BTW, looks good man! When are you going out again?

honestly i have no clue. i was never going to say anything as things were being taken care of. AAA+++ for customer service. and this is coming from a guy who has been one of the 1st C.O.P. buyers ''from sparktech''. for how many years and a great relationship imo that says something. anyways the CDI on the c.o.p. failed on the dyno when the car was being tuned. sean gave me his stock ignition to borrow for the mean time. . i sent the c.o.p. back and ran the stock ignition doring the tune and the last track event. on the dyno it was clean. at the track in top of 4th it had small break up issues. i guess thats expected at 36+psi. not sure though. plugs were gaped at .018

i got the c.o.p. back and it still had issues. so i put the stock ignition back on and gaped the plugs to .017 last night. this morning i took the car out to make sure it was running good and it was missing all over the place. so i put new plugs in gaped to .014 and took it out again and it was much much better but still not enough. it just wont stay smooth.

i dont know how low of a plug gap i can go. is .010 even ideal???? i have no clue. on the c.o.p. at 36+/40 psi i ran a .022 gap. i have no clue why the car is having this problem now. either way. there was no point to go race a broken car. i want to run this thing at full boost ''40psi''. but i wont beat the hell out of it if its not running 100%.

on the flip side the car looks SICK with the new rims and DR tires. haha.

Im sure youll get it sorted out eventually. Sparktech I know will help you out as they did with me.

As for the gapping. Im not sure if you lose power, but i would think so since the gap is not as wide as it was before. Seeing .010 is really low, i wouldnt even go past .018. Best thing you could probably do is wait for you COP to get back and gap it to what it was tuned at.

You should post up a few body shots of the car man. I love the way your setup looks on the LY

Well maybe this time I do not have an ignition problem. I just put a second stock ignition on the car with another set of new plugs. Took the car out at 35 psi. Breaking up still. So I dropped boost to 25 psi. And still it breaks up. So I started going in different gears watching rpm. Each gear does it around 6k.

Anyone for suggestions
