OK quick question but would like an answer from everyone here...or @least "The Man" AL himself.

heres the mods I have and plan to add:
MR BOV,Test pipe,DP & catback (all 3"),HKS Suction
ADDING: Walbro,Hallman MBC,LICP

SO once I send my ECU and get it back (setting it to 93oct and say a safe 21psi)
I set the boost to obviously 21psi and I'll be all set?

I need my ride to be safe so I guess 21psi is safe and don't want any additional problems getting in the way of my Daily commute but want it quicker than "the norm".

should I worry about EGT's and issues I can't monitor.I only have DEFI BF Boost and oil pressure gauges (left over from the STi) to stare @.I'm guessing you've got it so down pat w/ tuning EVO's that it should be seamless and Problemless w/ what I'd like to Run?

thanks.Sorry for the Newb question but I'm seconds away from sending my ECU to you.Just waiting for my MBC mainly.I'd like to be posting next on here that I'm PUMPED about my dynoflash.

Fantastic, just got my ECU back today and couldnt be happier, the launch control is freakin awesome. Much more consistent feeling throughout the poweband with noticeable power increases. Only thing is that it took an extra day to get shipped back, but hey **** happens, right?

I just got my ecu back, I have intake, tbe, ebc@22psi, hks 272/272, aem cam gears, walbro 255. Man I never knew it would be this good. The car pulls and screams for more in every gear. I was amazed with the power. For those of you who can't decide on whether to get 264 or 272 cams, I say go for the 272's all the way man because the idle after the flash on my car is almost like stock, you wouldnt even notice it.

Just wanted to say thanks Al!!

I got my flash back about two weeks ago. My mods are Buschur Intake + Buschur 3" TB exhaust with bullet muffler.

The torque curve feels amazingly smooth and the boost is much more linear maxing at 21 and settling at 19 at redline (No Mbc).

Makes the car a joy to drive. Thank you for the great work!!

I put the mail in flash on my otherwise stock 46k mile 03. I've put over 300 miles on it since, and it has proven to be well worth it. My Evo sees a lot of highway time, and the flash picks up nicely where the factory tune abandons you at mid range on up. Boost builds quicker, and the car is feels stronger when I let it out. A good first mod.

For an intake, MBC, fuel pump, and catless TBE would it be worth a custom tune or would a mail-in be enough for now? I plan to mod a lot more later when I get the funds and that was when I was planning on going with a custom tune.
