It will make you go richer up on top

IMHO - better to go rich a bit than blow up

In your particular case - your car was so darn strong - IMHO - I would not touch ANYTHING - but would buy a fuel pressure gauge to check on it !

Al,

I recently found out that there is a low pressure and a high pressure version of the pump. Which is the correct one to use?

I thought there was only one pump, but it operated in two modes (low/high pressure) depending on voltage, which is determined by the ECU.

Get part # 342 - I think thats the right number - Nino's Auto Accessories has the correct ones in stock now - ask him

You want the high pressure pump from the WRX - NO installation kit iis needed -= just the pump

for those looking to further increase their fuel flow, aftermarket companies are now coming out with fuel pump power accesory. basically what it does is it provides the fuel pump with more volts so the fuel pump can flow more fuel. there was a write up on it recently in a turbo magazine or one of those import mags. anyways, those looking to further their fuel flow should look into investing one.
