The cars at the dyno day made 3-4 pulls and then they were "tuned" I have witnessed ALOT of dyno days and tuners and never seen anyone tune a car with so little pulls..

 

So now you are going to "blow up" I can not wait to see this one ! I wonder what is in store next??

BTW - I have no trust fund obviously or I would not be struggling with the mental insanity fo attempting to conduct a business under these kind of conditions. I built my car with my own two hands and through the research I have done on this forum.

Face it - your WRX is slow. I'll race you if you want - I always run street tires so thats not an issue. I will even spot you some ground.

In my case he hooked up the wideband and we did several 3rd gear pulls til he got the A/Fs at a steady 11.1/1. Once 3rd gear was set he checked 1st through 5th to make sure A/Fs were steady in all gears. After each run he would make some tweaks to the map and reload the ECU with a new map. He also logged and checked timing advance and checked for knock and any codes (using an OBDII logger). My tune was scheduled to take 2.5 hours (the normal custom tune) but lasted roughly 3 hours because he wanted to take the time to get it perfect. After each flash I could feel the car running smoother and pulling harder (especially upper RPMs). He was quite busy for that 3 hours and took the time to explain to me what he was doing at each step. He also kept in contact with me before the tune helping me decide what mods would yeild the best results with my finances in mind.

I gained about 50 HP with minimal mods and it feels worlds better now. My 1/4 times increased substantially as well. It was well worth the investment for me. I've also stayed in contact with Al since then and he's helped me quite a few times (on and offline) with all types of questions and silly ideas I had. He's never acted negatively towards me and he allways answers his phone or returns my call very quickly. Same with PMs. I can't say anything bad about the entire experience. I was one of about 20 cars to get tuned here in Tampa and I've kept in contact with all the other people. All of them have remained completely satisfied.

I totally agree with this. After he uploaded his base flash, we went on a test run. During that test run, he asked what MBC I was running, kept saying that my Joe P (and Joe P MBCs in general) MBC was a piece of shiet and couldn't hold boost, and Hallman this, and Hallman that. This was the same test run where he had me turn the boost up to 1.6 BAR because he thought my gauge read PSI.

The bottom line is that IF you were a real man you would have introduced yourself to me and riased your comments about my tuning methods to me directly so we could have discussed your concerns directly

Instead you contrive false and malisous distortions and mis-statements about me and post them here on the internet - WHY - becuase you are associated with some people who do not care for me

I get real suspiscous when even a newbie with thread counts 1 or 2 comes onto a internet forum and starts bashing a vendor with these kind of allegations

The more you talk - the more the inteligent people reading this diatribe can see through you envy and anger you have. The inadequacey you feel and insecurity you harbor nescessitaes that you try to attack others will your false sense of superiority

Listen man - the dyno sheets are posted here - peopel can see what the deal is with the tunes. "It is what it is." Reflashing is a inexpensive and reliable easy way to get the car working well and running safely with minimal hassels and agrivation.

I am quite proud of the dyno sheets we produced this weekend.

People who are considering using my services to tune an Evo can look at the Dyno Sheets and make an informed decision about wether or not they like the results we offer. End of story.

We did have two cars that did not put out the numbers they should have - but we suspected mechanical issues and in one case we confirmed the boost leak. That customer will be back on Thursday to finsih his tune.

Please - go take you misplaced anger and go "blow up" somewhere else

I am nobody Al and affiliated with no one.. So once again your attempt to turn it around on me has failed.. I had no interest in the dyno day and was just there becasue Erik wanted me to be there.. After what i saw i felt obligated to post.. I didnt introduce my self because who are you? You are not some celebrity, i have no interest either way in you..
