ID2000, E85, and open loop issues

Here it is short and sweet. Recently put in some id2000's, converted to e85, flashed on the base map, and starts up beautifully. Everything looks great while it's in closed loop and runs like a champ. The problem is once it gets to operating temp and switches to open loop, it just dies. Try to restart and it won't have anything to do with it. Fuel pressure is there, spark is there, sensors, timing, blah blah all that is there. I believe something is telling the injectors to stop firing once it gets to operating temperature. Let the car cool down, and it cranks right up again and it just keeps going like this. Anybody else experience this problem before?

It switches to open loop at operating temps? Shouldn't be doing that...

Did you bypass the resistor?

I found the problem after the tuner had the car for a week and couldn't figure it out. When putting the new map on the car I changed the mut table to match my old map and apparently that is a no-no. I changed it back and everything ran flawlessly. Sorry for not updating this earlier
