So do you think copying the knock sensor filter map on top of this one would work? For some reason or another I couldn't get the "p0300fix map" from openecu forums to start on my car.

Just for my own reference if nothing else... my current latency and accel settings

My basic point was there was no difference between the two maps you posted.. The filter map 1 for my rom had an incorrect offset, when I fixed it by shifting it 12 bytes, their identical.. Were the other filters different in any way?

Roger that. Not really. I noticed some changes on some of the IC sprayer settings. A few things in the ISCV settings but that's about it.

Fixed the offset on my map as well. For you new guys out there to do this you open the knock sensor filter map. If it's the active window just press control + m or edit -> edit map definition. Change the first address on the right side to 485b.

I'm starting to see some changes in the fuel trims. Please let me know what you think. The settings as of right now:

^^ I changed these after work and logged the drive home...

Well I tried to type up everything but it would be easier just to peek at the evoscan log: http://justchil.net/dl/evo/logs/EvoS...0_15.57.35.csv

Full log if anyone wants to look.. there are some issues I still need to workout: EvoScanDataLog_2006.07.10_15.57.35.csv

Well that EVOScan log sucked. I've been trying to do both my zt2 and evoscan logging on the same laptop... I've noticed a HUGE decrease in the logging rate on EVOScan so I think I'll use two laptops like I was before.

Thanks

I'm sure after all this the timing/fuel will need tweaked.

One weird thing tho. The car idles where I set it after a cold start and it warms up.. but the more I drive the higher my idle stays. From a trip to lunch it was almost at 1500rpm. I have a 5mb log to go through that should point me in the right direction to fix it.

When you get a chance noogles shoot me a PM. I have something very sweet coming for the Ecuflash guys.. I need to show someone

Also I'm debating an alky kit. I could pick this up on Friday when I'm at Boosher racing... Any thoughts on how hard it would be to tune? Granted I want to have my pump gas map totally done.

justchil, on my ECU there is a separate table for stationary idle IIRC. Also was the A/C cycling?

I've had a similar thing happen when I first played with my idle settings. Apparently if you set the cooler (e.g. 20 and below) idle RPM settings too high they can sometimes get carried over into your warm idle. It also seemed to affect RPMs between shifts (RPMs would climb slightly between shifts).

Which idle settings? The ISCV settings? I think that's where my problem is.

Wait I think you mean just changing the idle rpm.. I did bump my cooler settings up some. I'll trying bringing them down a little bit.

Yeah, I have not changed the ISCV settings at all.

Well Idle is smooth as a babies *** now. I will post up my changes in a bit. My ISVC settings are basically back to stock now.

The only problem I'm having which may be due to making an adjustment on my APS DV is when I let off the gas around 2500-3200 it doesnt go lean right away.. sometimes it dips down into the 11-12AFR. I'll get this one figured out this evening
