My OBDII logger has always shown zero for O2 voltage when the throttle plate is closed at an above idle RPM. I believe the ECU shuts off fuel when:

RPM > some value above idle
TPS < some very low value

I'm not sure what the values are.

How about 27psi but more aggressive map.

Only thing is I think I may have done a little damage the the TC... I noticed today during decel 1st gear it's a whining a lot louder than normal. I change the fluids every other oil change and it's due for one so we'll see. Almost 55k miles on a complete stock drivetrain (other than clutch).

Ugh. Putting a maf in with a honeycomb has been a big pain in the ***. I've added .1-2 of fuel here and there and the car is still running too lean. I'm going to clean the maf with alky and if that doesnt work I'll put my old maf (no honeycomb) back in. It's possible that the damaged o-rings on the injectors are to blame as well.

Hopefully the weather clears up some so I can get back to it!

Maybe you should just pay Al $50.00 for a base flash, and take it from there?

did u do all the tune yourself? just cause i noticed alot of things are changed on your map which arent usually changed on say stock or dynoflashed cars such as... accel enrichment, injector battery voltage latency compensation, and idle stepper look-up table that i couldnt figure out- im gonna try changing a bunch of those in my map to resemble yours and see how it works out

Precision 680 cc/injectors

TBE

Ebay Turbo outlet
AMS FMIC
stock air filter/box
93 octane
MBC Forge
entire map is scaled to 325 load. However, it has only been tested to 21.5 psig (<280 load)

Note: Immobilizer code is set at "0000" .......you will need to change it to your code

Use at your own risk....but it should be close enough to eliminate most of your problems.

Anyone can feel free to comment on it

I want my injectors scaled. I've paid Al almost 1000 dollars for tunes already :P

I started with a custom dynoflash tune but have totally redone the fuel/timing tables. I didnt change: accel enrichment, injector battery voltage latency compensation so I would assume thats from my dynoflash. Actually that might be part of my problem I'm having right now with lean spoolup.

The idle stepper table is back to stock... minor changes on the ISVC or ISCV settings

LOL TTP! I dunno about you guys but I test for boost leaks every oil change. :x

I didn't even notice the couple things that thatsMR2u pointed out. Noogles has been helping me with this a lot so it's possibly he tweaked these settings.

I've got a bet going with Nick@BR that I will put down +13hp on pump gas in comparison with my last custom tune/dyno so we'll see.
