I didn't even notice the couple things that thatsMR2u pointed out. Noogles has been helping me with this a lot so it's possibly he tweaked these settings.

I've got a bet going with Nick@BR that I will put down +13hp on pump gas in comparison with my last custom tune/dyno so we'll see.
Yes i did make alot of the changes to help the car idle and run like stock with the larger injectors.

my car is running 1000cc injectors and ildes almost like stock with Huge 280 cams and 14.6-7 AFR @ idle.

After installing the honeycomb and fixing the injectors I set the idle stepper back to same as stock and lowered the ISCV tables a bit. The car idles great and hasn't been going crazy like before.. it still needs a lil work to be called perfect but it will do for now.

I'm wondering about the Accel Enrichment tho. Mine was set to 1.98 across the board from my custom tune. I'm going to set this back to stock or at least adjust it some. The injector voltage is identical to stock form.

Be carefull using any of my settings.. the car had no maf honeycomb and possible leaky injector. I will post up the new stuff later tonight I've got a more powerful laptop for logging and it will do both my zt2 and evoscan at once

I did all of the tuning myself and I am learning how all of the adjustments affect different aspects of performance. In order to get the injectors scaled you will need to adjust the battery voltage latency, injector scaling and accelleration enrichment. Accelleration enrichment affects the tip in when there is a sudden change in throttle blade angle. I have a map that I have further refined if you are interested. Just drop me a PM if you are.

You mean instead of using the injector scaling setting or in addition to?

Sounds like I need to read up on battery voltage latency as well. I'd love to see your map... I use many to compare/contrast things with

Crap I just realized you weren't even talking to me lol.. I may need to backtrack this thread a bit.

Bump for the accel enrichment values? higher == leaner?

the higher you set the accel inrichment the more fuel it will add.

I wasn't sure where to post this.. (also put it on openecu forums). This may be old news but here is a comparison of the stock 03 rom Malibu posted.. and another stock rom with the P0300 fix.

They look identical except the map itself is shifted, which means the entrypoint for the map is off by 16 or 32 bytes.. its shifted by one column, otherwise its the same..

Looks to be an error in the definition for the stock rom I posted.. Not surprising though I never noticed it before..

i wonder if adjusting the low load, 1000rpm cells would keep my car from throwing the po300 code at idle - due to my twin plate carbon rattling around with the upgraded motor mounts?!

Its possible, but there are so many knock filters, its hard to tell which frequency range you would need to use, you'd literally need to be running a 3d logging spectrum analyzer off the knock sensor to know for sure what frequencies to adjust, and then determine what ranges each filter map is.

I couldn't get the car to start with the "P0300 fix" map on openecu. I put my Immobilizer code on but no go
