I had nothing but problems with the innovate LC-1 constantly having to recalibrate. i tried both methods LED and Evoscan... I shipped the unit back to innovate twice... issue still not resolved... i trashed the innovate and i switched to the AEM UEGO.. best decision i made. no recalibration complete plug and play.. and no issues trying to log... AEM is well worth not having to deal with the recalibration and headache that comes with it..

i know this doesnt help your problem but maybe it will help others who are in the market for a WB02. Every one posted how great the innovate was considering the price... the AEM was easier to install no giant LC-1 to try and hide. AEM's directions are simple to follow. Yeah you may save an extra 15-20$ but its not worth the hassle with innovate IMO..

EvoScan

Hi guys,

I have a few questions..

I have a JDM Evo VIII. I think my ECU is different from USDM Evo VIII's correct? I think I have 3 connections in the back and you guys have 4, or it's the other way around.

Anyways, I will be tuning soon and I want to have my AEM wideband wired into the ECU to log AFRs in EvoScan, I see a tutorial on how to do this, but the ECU pin out is for a USDM Evo VIII would be different than mine I assume. If anyone has any info that would help me I'd appreciate it...

I'm starting to think that all of the problems people have with the LC-1's are user error. I was somewhat worried about the LC-1's prior to installing mine. But, I hooked mine up and it worked flawlessly.

1. The value in EvoScan is for datalogging purposes. Used to calculate duty cycle, etc.. You need to modify the value in EcuFlash to make changes.

2. To change the value in EcuFlash you must click on the value, hit enter on your keyboard, type in the new value and hit enter again.

a lot of them probably are.. i kept getting flashing LED error codes because the LC-1 was bad...

if it was "user error" just proves my point that the AEM is more "user friendly"

Sometimes the value won't go to what you want it to be exactly, it's just how EcuFlash displays the information. Just make it as close as possible to what you want.

I agree with you there. From what I hear about the AEM's, they are much easier to install.

Minimum RPM? Do you mean your idle speed?

Expand the idle tab in EcuFlash, then open up the "desired idle rpm - neutral", table.
