Hahahaha, must be!!! Right now I am having fun taking a more in depth look at my logs, not that I am going to tune it myself, but just to learn and compare with what others are achieving, specially in the area of ECU boost control. MBC really have limitations as I am seeing from my logs.
The good thing is that I have confirmed that my Defi boost gauge is off by around 1.5 psi depending on the boost level, this makes me feel a whole lot better!!!
I know this is off topic, but can anyone chime in on experiences with upgraded WGA to alliviate boost taper on a MBC setup???
Finally, two huge thumbs up for mrfred

You'd have to send me your ROM so I could find the tables that need to be changed. PM me if you want this done.

for hooking us up on the forum with these JDM MAP sensors!!!
Just did this today. Figured an update to the physical installation instructions would help for those non-wrench inclined like myself. Thanks to Towelie and his friend who saw me working on the car and took the clip off for me (the hardest part of the install)
1) You'll need an 8mm (or equivalent) wrench and extension to make it easy to reach the bolts for the MAP sensor
2) Remove those bolts first. Trying to get at the clip with those bolts on was hard
3) Once the sensor has been freed via the bolts then attack the clips from the side (worked best for us)
4) Reverse and you are good to go

I got my JDM 3 bar MAP sensor today. Thanks mrfred for the great service, communication and timely shipping.
I also want to thank kreionic for his help. Kreionic helped me with some software issues and spent about two hours doing so. It is unbelievable that someone would take that kind of time with someone they don't even know to help sort out some software issues. I have a lot of respect for you man and I definitely owe you one, thanks again.
Thanks to these guys I am on my way to more accurate and reliable tuning.

This is somewhat off topic and I am not sure if it has been answered, but why do they have a 3bar sensor in japan and not the US? Do they use the ECU to control boost in Japan? Sorry if this is a stupid question or if it has already been answered. Kinda tough to filter through 300 posts.
