looks like you have a leak to me your correction doesn't move off max
His correction doesnt move because of some ROM/logging issue, not a boost leak.

Even if he had a boost leak, correction would still work.

But it is a great idea to make sure the car is boost leak free before trying to tune.

Where shoud I search the problem to able to log right load error and wgdcc ? In the Mut tables ?

I have the same problem with V7 94170015 and with 96530006 too..

I changed only the 2byte load rpm and airflow settings in the MUT table.

Just double and triple check everything. If you did mods, like JDM MAP or direct boost control, go over all of it again and double/triple check it. Make sure to check addresses, scalings, etc.

In the tephra v7 topic i found similiar problems when searched on " load error" .
In the ecu based direct boost control topic mabye there is how to solve it. I will try it.

if your set up for ecu "direct boost control" you should NOT be using any of your "load" maps. Boost adder / correction / Boost maps all have their own "psi" maps.

Why does the solenoid hook to the intake? If I'm not mistaken, the compressor should hook to the input on the solenoid, the normally open port should hook to the top of the waste gate to hold it closed while boosting, and the normally closed port should hook to the bottom of the waste gate opening it when triggered by the computer.

I believe the way the picture shows it will work similar to stock and not hold anymore

Someone correct me if I'm wrong or explain what I'm missing

Do you have part throttle problem on 3 port ? Like cruesing on the high way exspecially up on hill and just wanna hold a constant speed like 100mph and the bov open or the feeling is like this and the car is flutter. With synapse bov it is much better- softer than ssqv or stock plastic bov mount reverse but also can feel it some time.

Nobody has problem with part throttle accelerating on the 3 port ? The car is working wonderful @ wot but sometimes on part throttle in 4th 5th 6th gear accelerating from 2500-4500rpm the car is jerking on a moment, like the turbo trying to push too much air and the bov is opening.. Can I lowering the part throttle boost without effect on the wot ?
I'm on Synapse dv, it is in push mode and A+B port connected. The preloader spring is in stock setting. Maybe I coud adjust it too .
Here is my setting and wot boost curve, looking for any idea :

I believe the problem is caused by WGDC=100% under this load parameter. To check - zero out the value and see whether it gets better.

That is your answer

----

Also, since you didn't specify make sure you have port C connected if you have an older model Synapse. This port is internally routed on newer models.

VGergo, also if you watch your boost gauge it will occur once you reach a certain boost level correct? if so i would lower the wgdc in those gears only to not pass the certain boost that causes the surge. Its a common thing with a 4 cylinder engine with lots of airflow being forced into it with not enough load/RPM for the engine to breath in the air.
