Regardless of what rpm value you load into the Lean Spool start and stop rpm parameters, the code loop is still active and some degree of correction is likely to occur below the start rpm due to one of the 1D parameters still being active.

So the correct method of disabling the function completely is via the bit flag in the options/periphery section.
