EcuFlash BUG on E6 GSR ECU !!!

Ok problem is not in the cable but is in the ecuflash software 
And what is wrong when i get file from other EVO6 ECU and problem is same?I try with several files GSR and same 5min ... strange is that with Rallyart file there is more than 5min
This ecuflash write once in wrong area and now i cannot how to solve the problem .. this ecu is dead and salution is to find evo 7 8 ecu
