I tried the rom today but the car wouldn't start it turns over but won't fire. I've copied the immobiliser and init code from my v5 rom. I set the "immobiliser hex" to EDM. Any ideas why it isn't starting?

Edit: changed the immobiliser settings and it fires up. Goes to 2k for a few seconds but then as the revs drop it dies. Probsbly because both of my desired ISCV tables are totally empty. There's not even a table there??

Another edit, apparently them tables aren't needed on v7. In that case, any idea why my car dies after a few seconds

When reading ECU flash I have an unknown rom image message... Where do I find the possible missing files, I've searched and found nothing... Also is there another possible reason via tuner as to why I cant upload my own rom image? any help would be appreciated...

 

I read and write in evoscan. Doesn't work in ecuflash for some reason

 

when you've read the ECU in evoscan how did you view everything to actually edit what inside the rom?

 

In ecuflash mainly (or maptracer in evoscan sometimes), then upload in evoscan again

 

Hi, How do i get tephra mod on my evo 7

 

Hello everyone. Just learning my way round Evoscan / ECU Flash.

I have a 2004 Evo 8 MR 6 speed (JDM).

I believe I need the 96260009 ROM / XML (mine is 96260007).

I sent a donation to Tephra about a week ago, but ive had no reply. I wondered if someone with this ROM / XML could pm me and email me it, id be very grateful, im not sure Tephra is active with this stuff anymore

Ran pretty ****ty even after copying my big MAP over, and non of the mods seem to work EGR removal etc

 

Someone must have the 96260009 files ? Tephra was last active on here on 7th Feb apparently but no replies to emails or on here
