Thanks Slo_crx1 for the reply, I used the map translator to setup the initial big maps from my standard ones, I'm seeing that in a few places I'm having to pull about 4 deg of timing and only 1 or 2 in a few other places. I guess I'll just keep with it and do lots more logging.

Also is there a setting for the gear ratio's, as during one of my logs the gear says 6th, but I olny have a 5speed box? (i'm guessig this is in EvoScan?)

Cheers
Andy

Hello. Is there any way to copy only Valet Mode and NLTS function without other v7 functions to stock 88590015 ROM ?

EDIT: I'm stupid. Found it

Just turn off all the other options or run an older version like V5.

Ok, I sat down to move all of my rom settings over to 96532706 and ran into another snag; I am not able to set an RPM Drop value. Anyone had this problem at all?

I noticed that as well. Just curious what numbers do you use for the thresholds?

Last night I was trying to log a simulated 1/4 run and when I revved from a standstill the RPM went all the way to my main limiter. I may have been rolling ever so slightly, but I thought the stationary rev limiter worked under like 2 mph.

I keep a stationary rev limit at around 6k. I use the NLTS for launch control as well so my speed and load settings are relatively low in the NTLS tables. But in my 5.10 rom I have the rpm drop set to either 50 or 100 and I can't change it in the v7 rom. Kinda disheartening.

Can anyone give me a hand switching my Fuel and Timing maps I have to be doing something wrong. I "Select all" then "copy" my old Fuel map (small) to the Tephra's Big map convertor but every time I "Paste into the part for the original map it pastes it to small and only to 5500Rpm and 240Load. Here is a screen shot. any help would be greatly appreciated

Right click, edit data item, then change the scaling to uint16...... (iirc )

Why/how are you using NLTS for both? NLTS is a drop from the current RPM, so if you are trying to use it as a stationary rev limiter it would behave pretty poorly and probably unexpectedly.

Why are you only using 50-100RPM for the NLTS drop?! You do realize the rpms drop ~3k when you shift... right?

Phenem just posted new XMLs, that may solve your problem. If not, make sure you aren't conflicting v7 stuff with your v5 stuff.

I know that, Thanks though. i have read through all the forums and the instructions but it just looks like it is not pasting it right, like my map is the wrong size or something. My current map goes to 300 load and 7500Rpm but when i paste it in the convertor it only fills up to 240load and 5500Rpm. Just dont want to do it wrong and run to lean or pull crazy amount of timing. Any help to see if i am doing that right is greatly appreciated.
Willing to donate

If all else fails, stick it in a blank sheet, and expand to the correct number of cells.
Paste your numbers in the correct rows/columns, and interpolate for the gaps.
Then use that to paste into the bigmap translator.

EDIT: Just had a play with it....

Paste in your current rpm/load scaling.
Paste in your map data.
Move the final rpm in the bigmap calc to your final rpm row, and the same with your load.

All seems to work ok for me.
