I can do that tonight. So I replace two slots of MUT table with 8CCC and 8CCD and log those MUT addresses? (1 byte each?)

Yes, Appauldd's xml has it as 0x1a68.

I will send you my XML for reference.

Sent you an email with the ROM's.
Also, I verified that my V7 utilizes the 0x1a68 address of WG Activation, so all good there.

EDIT:Just realized that he had also sent you the xml as well. Mine should be identical to his.

Unfortunately, I need to put off the logging until rain stops.

I hope I can get some logs tomorrow evening. If someone can log it earlier than me, please post the result here. Thanks!

well....at least my XML is correct. I feel so bad that we released this rom and the gear based boost control doesn't work. Please accept my apologies.

Thanks to you 9410715 V7 works great "only" without the gear based boost control (EDIT: and boost error correction) "yet".

Since tephra himself is working on it, and once other gurus join us, I am sure that we will solve the minor issue.

I am glad that I can be a small part of this too.

This is not just gear based boost that doesn't work, the ECU based boost doeasn't work either.

Paul, don't take it personaly, Microsoft does this all the time. This is part of testing. Maybe their are not that many people utilizing the gear based/ecu based boost? I also wasn't sure if those of us utilizing the ECU based boost would be able to utilize it in conjunction with the gear based boost?

Either way, thanks again for the push on 0715 and those who helped make it happen.

When it comes to the MUT address stuff, I tend not to play around, what exactly is it I need to change? I just don't want to screw anything up. I can get it logged today. I am assuming an EVOScan entry will be needed to log as well?

Thanks in advance

Paul and I tested 9417 V7, and neither of use us ECU boost control, therefore it slipped though the cracks.

Im sure tephra will get it taken care of though.

Ok I need help figuring this one out.

I got a problem with this rom with the speed density mod. It seems that the AFRMap value suddenly changes once the car warms up, but only at idle. At the slightest touch of throttle the value shoots back up to 14.7 afr but with no throttle input and its warm it remains stead fast 8.67 afr.

Obviously this makes my idle stupid rich but only when its warmed up. I tried to compensate with maf comp but hey when the car is cold then it dies instantly becuase its trying to remove too much fuel.

I basically want to see where this value comes from so I can either tune it out or fix it so it doesn't present an issue. Any help from MrFred or Tephra and gang would be appreciated.
