Make sure that your graph settings are set the same. I see you are using Nm for the torque format on this particular graph.
I know you have two similar evos but if you log them both and one makes less power in Virtual Dyno ... I promise you it makes less power and will show that on a Dynojet or Mustang dyno as well. Also two identical cars with the same parts on it will also make different power. Also keep in mind that when you make a run in whatever logger you are using, to get more than one run. Some runs are better than others and that is why even on a dynojet or a 4 wheel SuperFlo dyno like we used at my old work, they grab multiple runs to compare in case one is just a bad run. You compare a couple at a time before just claiming you made X amount of horsepower. Look for a consistent looking graph and that will back your claim.
Just because a part says it adds +20hp doesnt mean that VD will show a 20hp increase. That is just marketing hype and a lot of the time the numbers they claim it will add are overly inflated. So please elaborate on your problem and maybe it will become more clear. As of right now these are the only things I can offer for advice.
Let me know if I can help more as I am always here to help or find help for you.

i did some VD pulls right after being on a mustang dyno. The 3 VD pulls were nearly identical to the numbers i was making on the Mustang. They were within 3-6 hp from my actual Mustang numbers.
this programs so dead on its silly.. i was tuning a guy remote on a dynojet and i asked for his logs and i put them in the prog said the numbers and the dyno operator was like "how the hell did he know the numbers? i didnt even tell him" LOL. it was literally 1-2whp off.
It came up with 336hp/280tq seems a little high. Only mods I have are cbe, mbc, ets pipes and front mount, ets intake, 93 oct. Untuned.
