Ultimate Alt Maps
If it is going to be a total pain and delay things significantly its not important, but a per-map or at least 1 or 2 alternate rev limits may be very helpful. I always really liked being able to set the valet map to 3500RPM rev limit.
If its a total pain in the bum then dont worry about it, but i think it will be a good idea. We only need like one or two maps with different rev limits.
One Map could come with a designated Rev Limiter. Like say #9. It can be set the same as the normal one for people that don't want a valet map.
So... recent events have reminded me of one feature I liked quite a bit....
WGDC % reduction verses ambient temp. This always helped my car in the cold Chicago winters, and I manually made the adjustment on my X. I'd very much like this feature in the next release! One overall adjustment (not per-map) would be fine.

I've found that limiting the Throttle maps works wonders for putting the car into safe mode. No matter how hard they mash the throttle it only does 40% or 50% or whatever you max out the Throttle maps to. Great for learning how the car handles on a road course at more sane power levels without having to tune another boost map or toy with AFR's.

Thats a decent idea for sure, but I'm looking for something that is switchable on the fly. Considering the amount of throttle maps I'm not confident that flipping all of them across 9 maps would be worth the work... I'd be fine with just a different rev limiter

tephra, there is a starter cranking pulsewidth vs coolant temp table that may be worth adding. this table is complementary to the first pulse table.
