Maybe i should work off the assumption that the problem happens during an interupt to the main process. There are a couple places in the code where the main load variabld which i'm calling SD_Load2 gets overwritten partway in the larger sub for the CAS routine.
Perhaps whats going on is the program is getting interupted sometime when this variable is overrode into a new value causing the problem. Both places are a short time later rewritten back to the correct values a short time later..
So for giggles lets just stop them from writing the values for now
<table name="SD Jitter Test #5 (Stock 0x2B02 -> 0x9)" address="277B6" type="1D" level="1" scaling="Hex16"/>
<table name="SD Jitter Test #6 (Stock 0x2B01 -> 0x9)" address="27808" type="1D" level="1" scaling="Hex16"/>

just a quick question I thought the original Jitter fix 1 was a combination of both the jitter fix 2 and 3 allowing better control, at the moment I find that jitter 2 give me the best results and removes all of the jitters and I only suffer from this one cough now and again.
I'll try setting both these (5&6) and see what happens, are they supposed to be enabled with any of the others?
Also in my rom the value in patch 6 is 2B01 should i have been expecting 2b02? like in 5?

I must admit now that i'm looking at it #5 is definitely the MOST wierd one out of the lot i've seen it throws a whole long into the ram space not just a word value perhaps its responsible for adding a bit on the top making that value double.
well some good news I've been driving around today for about an hour or so with jitter 2 and 5 and 6 and so far so good no signs of the cough/jitter that i've previously had, will keep on trying it for the next few days and see how it goes

Definitely something going on with the xmls if the definitions don't show up right. On page 1 i have links to them and the base xmls required.
Did you unzip the attached xmls and place them in the open ecu xml folder?
