Headstuds are about 110+shipping on average. I have yet to see a stock compression stock turbo/Green car with a proper tune lift the head. I have seen some high compression cars and larger turbo cars do it (and would suggest it for that) to be sure. If it is in your budget then do it, but its not needed with that combo.

Safe. I have a red on E-85 at 28psi on stock block, run it year round. Just get a good tune and maintain maintain maintain.

green 93 octane... 26psi probably weak rod from the factory...
