looks like I'm in the same boat now, MMP just closed permanently oof! http://www.memphismotorsportspark.com no great loss, I usually only got 1-5 runs per night making it really difficult to get a clean pass.

Wait a second. 1-5 attempts and difficulty making a clean pass with your power level?

IMPOSSIBLE!

Here is another one of those double standards where I get **** for it, but no one says a word to you about difficulty getting a solid pass in.

I have the videos on a Sony cam but am missing a cable to upload them. With a 3.0 sec 60' time I'm sure you can use your imagination though.

Not used to the car. Much has changed. Tires, clutch, turbo. Takes some getting used to. Just as I thought I had the tire pressure dialed in the run was junked because there was no boost from losing the LICP.

Like I said a private track day would be great.

hmm.. with 5 passes we put our White Evo in the 8's from a bare shell.. 9.59, 9.14,< ( Both on Stock Trans ) 9.01,9.00,8.98.. @ 157mph with 782 dynojet HP.. certainly our car wasnt 1100lbs less with full interior and full exhaust.. right??

According to your 7% lower than DJ standard that would put us around 727MD HP.. 156 not bad for 100% full interior , full exhaust car..

One of us actually builds the engines, tunes the car and drives it himself both to the track, races it and then drives it home. This is a personal car of mine and have taken pride in building it from a bare block to assembling every part of the car, tuning it and driving it as an original owner who bought it new in 2004.

I mean, its not like we bought Curt Brown's car, changed a few things and claimed a record of some sort. We are neither taking a recipe from Buschur, not limited to his engines and setup and copying it either.

We prefer to do things our way. Testing ideas and theories on our own which may or may not coincide with what people consider as fact.

The WCF numbers in hot temperatures read higher than uncorrected figures. If a Dynojet runs 7% higher, then it is 7% higher than uncorrected numbers.

As already stated, I am a little rusty in the driver department.

We are not interested in playing weight games, painting over carbon fiber doors or running $5200 Tilton Carbon Twin clutches. We have stated our weight already at 3365 with driver.

According to the below calculator your white car was 770lbs lighter.

If you would like to discuss other cars than then do it within your own forum.

If you use 727(effective MD HP...same as your dyno TTP) it would have to make AWD motorsports Evo weigh 2405lbs.

Quite rediculous to think their car could weigh 2405

My RS was My car not curt browns car are you delusional?? Carbon fiber doors?? Ill pay you 10k if you drive down and find carbon fiber doors on my car that is still sitting here..

Recipe from Buschur?? Haltech NOT AEM, AWD front facing kit, e85 NOT VP, 6262 NOT HTA, D2 AWD Spec coilovers, should i go on and on with the dozens of parts Buschur Doesnt run that we ran on my car?? Sure we run his motor, front mount, and crapload of other proven parts.. Just like you run magnus, ETS, Boomba etc..

2595lbs??? So my RS was 2395lbs without driver.. I dont know what Crackpipe calc your using but cars need drivers to get down the track.. You dont know what it weighed and nobody knows what your car weighs nor they believe what you say.. if your interior was missing and exhaust then where would you find 770 more lbs to get it like mine is supposedly??

You have now stepped in a league that you always claimed was not your market as 90% of the evo customers cannot relate to drag cars.. You now have a drag car with no interior, no exhaust so lets not fabricate what everyones elses car is or is not to make yourself look like your on pace cause your not on pace with a 10.1 6262 powered aluminum rod car vs 8.98@157 in a 727whp MD dyno car..

BTW.. do you love always being under attack by the members?? Why not do 2 things, dyno the car at BVP like you did a few weeks back when your dyno was broken with a customer car and weigh it at the track with some video.. then you will NEVER EVER have anyone on here be able to say 1 word to you.. not me, not buschur, not GST NOBODY..

I personally would go that route.. However i have never had so many issues myself.. We run quicker than our HP tells us we should ALWAYS.. Must be MAGIC..

Mike
