Borgwarner Twin Scroll 7670 With Dyno Graph
OK more stuff.
Doing the math from page 1 in this thread, the 30 psi graphs on the Dynapak. If we take 13% off those numbers (which is what we subtract for Dynojet correction) the car should have made 554 whp and 511 ft lbs. What was actually made was 539 whp/480 torque at 27.8 psi.
I'd say the Dynojet calculation I made was pretty close
I am also running some very aggressive knock control on the car, when it got here the knock control was on but had 0 fuel correction and a max of 5.98 degrees of timing could be pulled, it would have been impossible for the engine to stay together as the table was set up to allow the car to see 4.2 volts of knock at 8,000 rpm. I am allowing 3.2 volts at 8,000 rpm and just touching that.

I saw this the first time you asked. I'm sorry but if we aren't building the engine we don't give engine advise. Dick move, maybe, but it keep us in the engine building business.
I do not know the exact details on the turbo, I think they are in the first post.
The turbine housing is a twin scroll T4, twin Tial external wastegates on a Full Race Twin scroll T4 header. Tial BOV, the BOV on the turbo is blocked off with the plate from BW.

Thanks for the dyno!
looking at cbre's 2.3/green graph: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...27-ft-lbs.html. leetevo should just switch back to a green or red for better response and same power up-top

Two pictures for you guys. This is a BRAND new engine, put it together, strapped it on the dyno ran 17 dyno runs from 2500-8000 rpm and up to 35 psi of boost. Below is the oil filter after being taken off along with the bottom of the filter container, as you can see both are spotless. The water bottle catch can they have on the valve cover, you can also see, perfectly clean. That's how you build an engine.

If external gated T4 then it is most likely the 1.05ar housing, here are the specs for the turbo if you want to check it out: http://www.full-race.com/store/turbo...670-turbo.html
