the more i look at these graphs, the more i want this turbo. cant wait to see someone throw one of these on a evo x with the dual mivec.

i am curious if anyone has any ideas on how much later this would spool on a 2.0?

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that the safe bet would be that a turbo with way lower inertia and a superior ability to build boost when put under the same amount of load would only separate the gap when both are given less time to build boost?
hey don't try and bring any LOGIC to this thread....;-)

You will confuse the guys who want a stock bottem end with special pistons for 0.00035 higher compression ration only above 4551.5 RMP and a ported head with stock valves and upgraded springs only on the exhaust side to help them get rid of bad gas faster.

Robi,
I hope I've rationed enough compression for my engine. Pray I don't run out while I'm above over 4000 Canadian policeman.

3. Nobody is whinning but all the dyno *****es. Wahh wahhh wahh your dyno graph is crap, its unfair

7. I enjoy the setup and would recommend it. Easy as that.

The End.

I love your responses to these people... so typical of the evoM forum jockeys to **** and moan that the dyno was purposely skewed to create better results and earlier spool. Thanks to RRE and Robi for providing unbiased results - FWIW these guys have no interest in making us look good, if the turbo didnt make the power they would have posted that too.

I spoke to robi yesterday, excited for you to get some track time

Leet and Mike, thanks for posting all the graphs. That setup is ridiculous. I bet it's going to be a beast to drive around a track.

It's going to be interesting to see how a 2.0L will do in comparison. Hopefully someone will have one up and running before I think about pulling the trigger early next year.

Thanks guys. I haven't even REALLY drivin the car in a few weeks and its yet to be on the track. I took it out last friday and the shifting at WOT was awesome. Had some tune realated issues that needed to be addressed.

The car should be down at RRE now where they are going over the car with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything is good to go. Also, they're going to be addressing any potential HEAT problem. Want everything to be as good as possible before I go start flogging on it. Reliabilty is our main conceren at this point as I'm prone to um... breaking stuff

I promise though.. as soon it passes RRE approval.. and I get it out on the track.. I will start charging for data logs

Great numbers man, thanks for posting the results.

There's definitely way too much hate in this thread. I'm actually surprised to see FP Black like results with almost 10psi less boost. With the rising cost of FP's newer latest and greatest I'm sure this will be a viable option for a lot of people. That power band is amazing.

If the haters want to see Mustang/Dynojet comparisons why don't you guys start a paypal fund and pitch in a few bucks. Beats crying over nothing
