FINALLY! HERE ARE (EARLY) RESULTS!!
Tom @ Tscompusa worked a ****ing miracle! My previous tuner didn't know WTF he was doing, and some of my issues stemmed from his tune. In ONE NIGHT Tom did more than my previous tuner did in a WHOLE WEEK. Including, y'know, actually getting the ****ing car to run right!
HERE IS THE GRAPH

The Walbro needs the relief valve pushed in more and it needs fresh plugs, but it drives GREAT. Tons of power and response. Tom says there's another 50-60 whp in it!! Aw yeah.
Also, the car idles better than ever and the throttle response and shifting is SO SMOOTH. Absolutely awesome.
So after I throw new spark plugs in tomorrow and pull the pump to mod it further, I'll post up new results. Suffice to say, Tom more than proved his worth with this quick retune. Can't wait to see the final results!!
Edit: Also, FYI disclaimer: the previous virtual dyno pull I posted was with ZERO preload. I don't know how, but apparently it wasn't preloaded at all (I might have changed it and forgot), so the spool should be seen as a worst case scenario! I have added 3 half turns of preload and it is spooling significantly better. I will post up VD results with the 3 half turns and then try 6 half turns to compare.

AFR's are reading leaner than they really are. My friend is coming over tonight and we are going to going to recalculate the voltage on my wideband so the formula in Evoscan is accurate! I also ordered a fresh Walbro 255 pump that I will be modding and putting in this week, I think my 9 month old pump is on its way out. Then we are going for 480-500 whp.

(ricky bobby voice) Sling-shot, engaged! lol That thing is going to be a beast at 480hp. I cant wait to see a dyno sheet on this. Are you running e85 or pump still?

Cali cops just gave me another exhibition of speed ticket though, same cop too! So I'll probably hold off on modding it after this tune and fight all of these tickets.

Right... so eventually I'll have to investigate either a rewired 340, Walbro 450, or double pumper. Maybe one day.
E85... Car weight is 3050 lbs. It feels amazing even at this power level, at 480 whp it should be loads of fun.

a unmodded walbro at 517 would go so lean it wouldn't even be possible to do over 500.
This is exactly why I followed the thread that you and boostin performance made on how to use virtual dyno properly.

the most an unmodded walbro on e85 is capable of at 13afr and 30psi is around 440whp lol.
lol as i wrote the shop's name i second guessed myself and wrote boostin instead. Anyway, it's still a great source of information so thank you! If I ever go for more power I will probably go with a Walbro 400 and e85.
