absolutely. mivec helps a ton for spooling anything up. Here is a 2.3 with mivec on the same setup almost;

twin scroll should spool quicker always yes. but you sacrifice top end for low end. so depends what you really want to do.

my next setup is t3 vband .82 AR with a big turbo.

but with s3 cams. keep in mind thats a 92-93lb/min turbo hitting at 5K in 3rd gear. thats unreal for a 4 cylinder with only 2.3L of displacement

kelfords spool identical to gsc s2 and it really depends on the displacement of the engine for cam choice.
