Awesome but I can't believe he's sitting on the hood of his car.

It's a race car! It has so many rock chips and cone dings, the entire rear bumper has the paint melted off from the fire so I don't think he's worried about it.

Impressive results. I'd like to make it to the shootout next year and run.

Are the injectors going to be changed to see if this kit can make any more power out the top? It looked like the boost/power tapered on the graph after 7K or so. Still a wicked powerband.

Whats the 7163 rated for?

7163 usually does around 500whp on a MD when it's turned up. I don't really think he's interested in more power, as it's pushing the small turbo already. Without a speed sensor we can't really safely turn it up anymore. I think he's pretty happy with where it is.

Yeah I was going to run one of these kits on my personal Evo 8 but I'm just gonna sell the car to make more cool parts

Car made 593/583 on 36 psi before running out of injectors, bumping fuel pressure did nothing so the car was turned down a bit. What an absolute monster this little turbo is, it's quite impressive to say the least. Packs a massive punch in such a small frame.

Both Plots are on e85:
- the blue plot is 34psi peak tapering to ~30ish psi at redline.
- the red plot is 24 psi peak

I am using the same turbine with the Full Race kit on my Evo 7 but here in Brazil we have the E100 fuel. I am having a problem with the engine heating when the car is stopped. There is little space for installing the radiator fan. I'm using two fans, one 9 "and one 10" but it didn't work. What radiator fan do you use?
