I just got mine down to 14lbs as well. How the hell did you take off 8?

Haha maybe ill keep this one a secret. Haha.

Also if you want to go nuts you can remove all a/c and abs wiring from the dash harness.

i really need to be stopped here. guys. look at this damn dash harness. its 3:15am and i been sitting in my car staring at it. there is so many plugs not in use that mitsu tied off. also if you removed your ABS, SRS ''air bag's'', A/C etc all that CAN GOOOOOOOOO. i bet there is 3+lbs in this harness. right now in this stage of work i have saved 8lbs in the bar, 3lbs in a/c removal from the heater box, 7.3lbs pass air bag, 2lbs ''abs computer'' thats a total of 20.3lbs. i might try for a goal of 25lbs total. dude. thats crazy.


ever try sam smith oatmeal stout?????????? this **** is great.

ok scratch that. do not do it. i started to do it and noticed each one of those ''not in use'' plugs are in use. they seem to be jumpers or something. strange. o well. im happy with 20.3 now. and its bed time

Well here is mine. I think I am just gonna call it quits and not waste anymore time on it. I have to many other things to do and 1.x lbs isn't that big of a deal considering I the 6.x lbs already removed. I should have no problem hitting my 259x lb street weight goal for 2012!! I can't believe I didn't do this earlier. I left all the key mounting points to make sure the dash is nice and stiff still. Anyway here ya go:

Badev0, it definitely looks like you removed a bit more stuff off your car than Chris (streethisevo) did. Badev0, what is your bar down to, weight wise now?

You guys removed a lot more then I did. Yet I removed parts you guys didn't. I'm sure you csn get yours lighter then mine. I kept all mounting points for the stuff I need. You removed all that stuff.

Bj my bar weighs 12.8 lbs. But I have something I need to do to the bar before I post pics.

Once I go through the wiring under the dash that harness will be cut in half. I plan to loom it and zip tie it to the bar. So I said F it and just removed those tabs.

What do you plan to remove from the harness? Be careful because them plugs not in use actually are

Weighed mine again and it was 13.6lbs. Good enough for me. Also the a/c vaporator and srs ecu = 5lbs.
