japanparts is a good site. took a little while to get my dual din bezel but other than that no complaints its to be expected when coming from overseas.

^ im trying to order the 2 din frame but i dont know whether my payment went through or not.

i tried calling back my estimation number no use...

ordered last week, they said eta is in sept 3. ill be coming from japan to canada so im guessing itll take even longer

So I'm about 1/3 of the way through this mod and figured I'd help out by filling in any tips in the original instructions.

To get the cables off the HVAC unit, I think the right technique is to stick a flathead screwdriver in from the bottom of the HVAC unit and wedge the spring-loaded section away from the wall of the housing. Example here shown:
