FJF---> You sure do know a lot about this stuff. What do you have in your Evo? From reading most of the posts I haven't seen a suggestion on what to go with in an Evo from you.

I went through several systems and a whole bunch of various components, some for the fun of it. This is what I have in my own Evo:

Alpine 105 (changer in trunk)
US Acoustics USA4050 amplifier (under the passenger seat)
Stock speakers (front only, sealed/deadened doors)
Earthquake SWS-8 shallow woofer in a custom enclosure (under the driver's seat)
