That setup is beautiful...maximum flow, and good looks. I would like to see more pics as they become available.

They are on the way. As soon as I get them. I plan on having a portfolio on my build up for my records that shows the entire combo going together.

That's a pretty cool set up, really nicely put together, I hope it works as good as it looks!

I have always felt that Bushur's 4 coil ignition set up was the slickest LOOKING part in his line-up.... thanks for introducing Mr. Switzer to those of us who didn't know him.

Please Promise to keep us posted about your progress and Dyno results. I would love to see the torque curve from that header.

You are correct.

Tuning via runner length is largely inapplicable in a turbo setup simply because unlike a N/A app, the intake is (sigificantly) pressurized. What the extra length does is cause the pulse to lose more heat and velocity en route to the turbo, and reduces pulse energy to spin the 'wheel'. How significant this turns out to be in this case is anyone's guess, but the setup looks very, very pretty.

Nice web site...Has that white project car got a 4G63 from a DSM transplanted into it?
That has got to be a first?
Nice work and nice shop

this isn't meant as a jab, and i do really want to learn why extra-long manifolds are beneficial for larger turbo applications, but take a close look at what you wrote above. It really doesn't explain anything.

It looks like a great setup to me. In the end you are trying something new which we always want. Dont worry things might turn pretty well and many will follow your route. These are not very long runers and I wont be very worried about this part. These will defently give you top end power (not sure about spool though). Looks like the 3071 that I am using which has great spool and lovely top end so you should be ok. I would like to see a pic of the DP if you can. Good luck

No problemo. I guess I had a pwer band in mind with a pwer figure and with Tym's experience he came up with this to optimize his ability to dial in the power curve for my needs.

you know if you go back a year ago everyone would swear up and down on HKS turbo kit and today no one is putting them before any of the domestic kits out here. What you are doing now is a great benefit for the EVO community as you are spending money and time trying things we have not tried. I know that the DP must go from above because that’s how your turbo sits. Which engine management are using for running?
