I would think you might be better served by sitting back, relaxing a wee bit and keep your fingers crossed for the possible advent of something new and exciting.
Or you could continue to cast doubts on something you know absolutely nothing about. Your choice.

I'm sure as more info. become available we will all be able to make better decisions in regard to this new turbo, although initial results look somewhat promising.

I was just expressing that we have a right to be sckeptical. We all have our opinions, this one is mine. Everyone seems to think that I want all of these turbos to fail.....HELL NO! A bolt upgrade of 30whp will do the same for you guys that it will for me, make us that much faster without having to shell out major bones. I just get tired of the fanboys that get on each thread claiming this and that about a product that has never been tested(you have not done this). I wish you guys luck and hope you can help up make some mad powah

Have them contact me.. I'll test one out.. have to figure out how to do a test against a stocker on the same day with the same conditions..
I would actually like to do a real test, I have an 03 turbo on my car, a TME turbo in a box, and I will have an 05 USDM RS turbo in a few days.. The logistics and expense are something I have to ponder (Swapping 4 turbos and testing in one day is a marathon of effort)

The SS55 spools just a wee bit slower than stock(about the same as the WR), but it climbs very quickly and surpases stock boost numbers even further. With 280 cams is held just over 23 pounds of boost and tapered to 21 until 8k rpm. It was very solid. Race gas numbers are still in the final stages. It was only run to 26 psi and surpased torque and HP numbers of the RNR GT35R at the same boost. We haven't taken it up to 28 psi yet, but that is coming.

At least I'll get to see your car at the track and on the dyno.
