I was more thinking of increasing the VE with a better fuel map. But I think we are on the same page there... mostly anyways.

I think people forget the boost is not the same as CFM. A bigger turbo can flow more CFM at a lower boost pressure.

Is the compressor map of the evo viewable on-line or has anyone seen it? I'd like to take a look at it.

Which is why I suggested A/B MAF logs to determine if air consumption changes, because boost pressure isn't telling you anything.
