Anti-Lag.
Larger downpipe, Free flowing intake, more aggressive tune, basically anything that (using common sense and a basic knowledge of physics) anything that would make a fast spinning wheel that moves air, move air faster with less back pressure.

Lag
The problem, at least for me, is that once you add a mod the car gets better... faster, more responsive (less lag) you want more and more. I'd recommend you start w/ a MBC and gauge, then intake and exhaust, the intercooler pipes. All make better flow and less lag...
