act clutch problems

act clutch problems

I got an act clutch installed less then a week ago and now when i go to put it into gear it wont go in. and when i start the car in gear and the clutch pedal is all the way in it still moves by itself like it is still ingaged. does anyone know wat is wrong? please help someone!

ADjust your CLUTCH. DO it ASAP!!!

There is a bolt on your clutch pedal. loosen it and turn the screw CLOCKWISE about 3-5times and try it out.

It should be like a goldish looking Rod and bolt. Follow ur clutch pedal all the way up into the dash and you should see it... There is a HOw to somewhere around here ill see if I can find it.

so all i have too do is turn the wrench point 3-5 time clock wise and it should be better?

I haven't researched the EVO clutch system yet...but in general, if adjusting the pedal doesn't work - you may need to bleed the clutch. Also, check the lines for any kinks in the lines.
