Also The HKS SSQV is one of the well build BOV, the higher the pressure the harder for the leak. Some people run fine without recirculate and for me VTA work fine No idling problem. But it's better to recirculate anyway. Don't get an intake, it's waste. Like Mike from Forge said "get an K&N drop in work best".
In fact, the HKS SSQV is a VERY GOOD bov, but it should not be someone's first mod. IT should only be done after having all of the basic bolt-ons while running high boost. It also should only be run in full recirculation mode, but that means you have to buy an adapter kit on top of what is already an expensive BOV.
Lastly, you THINK your VTA is working "fine," but you are sorely mistaken. I'm so tired of trying to straighten you newbies out, so I'm not going to bother explaining why anymore. You can either go look it up (hint, search for "malibujack" and "VTA") or continue screwing up your car by venting to atmosphere. Why should I care about the safety/quality/power of your car, right? I'm just a moron after all...
