I got a new ACT 2900 when I shift in low rpm's is really smooth but on high rpms from 1 to 2 gear i have to pull hard the stick same from 2 to 3 and same for all the gears, also my pedal engagement is to low I have to push the pedal all the way in.

 

there are threads on how to adjust your clutch pedal. the clutch is not engaging all the way.

Ok, at WHAT point should the clutch start to engage?? How far should the pedal be OFF the ground before you sence the GRAB???
