Fuel Cut Help Please!

So i cannot even get on it full throttle in any gear without getting fuel cut! I think i might be running lean, so i am thinking that a Walbro will solve the problem but would like some input! These are my mods:

*Intake filter and MAF adapter
*MBC @ 18.5 PSI
*SAFC-2 with conservative tune
*3" cat-back
*4" thick front mount intercooler w/upper
and lower pipes

Problem didnt start until the FMIC went on, which makes me think that the fuel is to lean now. If the pump will help me out let me know, if not any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

Are you sure you are only boosting 18.5 psi? You could have a faulty boost gauge. Ive never heard of a car hitting fuel cut at 18 psi before. Goodluck

The ECU doesn't actually measure boost directly... it measures air flow, throttle position and outside air temp (there might be other factors as well.) Anyhow, by measuring the amount of air flowing into the engine, the ECU calculates if the stock systems can handle it safely (fuel system mostly). Anyhow, with all your mods reducing back pressure on the intake side, you are flowing enough air to cause the stock ECU to "worry" about you damaging something. A flash and fuel pump is a TOP priority.

Leak test ?!
If your leaking the EUC is thinking that your running more psi than you really are due to the MAF reading more air being sucked in , but all of it might not be making it to your motor .

Well, your mistake was the FMIC. Why in the world did you upgrade that already with such minimal mods? You know that if it happened after the FMIC, then the FMIC is the problem. If you have an SAFC, then that means you self-tune it, so then you should be able to tell if you're lean, and then you should adjust it accordingly. Just getting a fuel pump isn't the answer. You should have gotten the proper mods, which doesn't include an FMIC unless your stock one was damaged I guess. A fuel pump then base flash will help, but you should probably re-think your mods and get everything in proper order.

yeah my stock one was destroyed! What else should i get then that would go between my current mods and getting a larger FMIC, besides the fuel pump and base flash? And sorry it wasnt the FMIC that caused the fuel cut, it was the larger IC pipe that started it!
