Ok changed my clutch at 21K with Exedy Hyper Single. Got mistu to install it but they obviously messed something up.

When I first got the car the clutch would engage About 1/4 up from floor. Then after half a day of driving it started engaging higher and higher. Now it's all the way up top. I mean last 1/10th up top. I tried to change the pedal adjustment but that only changes if up top is closer to the floor or not. Still doesn't solve my issue. I think I might have to bleed my clutch line. Forgot to say I had them install a SS clutch line. I dont think they bled the system properly.

Another symptom happens when I slowly and carefully disingage the clutch at start and leave the rpms around 1.5 k the clutch grinds quite a bit. It's not smooth but clunky.

Also i now have much lowder transmission noise on decel at 3K but I think that's normal.

What do you guys think? I don't want to take it back to mistu. They will just tell me that it's the aftermarket clutch fault. Do you think they could have miss installed it? or is that impossible.

Hook up a vacuum line from the nipple on the slave cylinder to a vacuum source on the intake manifold. With the car running, crack the bleeder open, and the fluid will get sucked through, bleeding the clutch line. Only bad thing is that the exhaust will smoke like crazy for a few minutes (from the brake fluid burning). Bleeding the clutch this way is quick, and guarentees no bubbles.
I know this is old....but LOLOLOL
