The answer is Yes, You can have a +500whp and drive around, and can even have a road-trip
If you read before your post, you will see that a member mentioned that +500whp have lasted for 15,000 Miles.
and lets say you have a stroker motor with a 35R and pushing around 700whp, the motor will last almost the same.

Im in... 03 VIII all factory stock internals/block 58K miles. Stock intake and throttle body, Jun 272s cams with supertech valve springs, stock head/no port work, 880cc injectors, 255 pump, AMS FMIC, AMS GT35RL kit, AMS turbo back exhaust, modified EVO 9 BOV .

This is with 110 sunoco fuel and stock ECU flashed with boost at 32psi.

30Psi Here...Stock Block, Cosworth Head, Cosworht M3 Cams, HTA35R 93 oct and 30psi-= 24k miles (3k Miles at 500whp) and still going strong

bro, wanted to ask you about your ecu.
my tuner tell me, with reflash ecu, the max hp that can obtain out if it is about 400++hp.Because of the oem intake airflow sensor restrition..how did you do that to get 500++ hp?? i need your help!! thank..

my set up is quite similar to yours...

No, if your going to go inside then just build it while your in there.
I have 5,800 miles on my car 4,500 have been at 500+whp and the only time it comes out of the garage is to play. 30lbs all day and the car is going strong.

how is this turbo giving 450 pounds of torque at 5000 rpm??
even the HTA35 can't do it on a 2.0L engine!

so bro, do you mean you still on the oem flow sensor?the one in between the air filter and piping to turbo..
understand that if you at using aem ecu, the sensor should had removed,so no more restristion problem..
pls help!

Stock Maf

I jsut made 530whp this past weekend at a dyno day with bad plugs and the ignition breaking up like crazy with a leak in the throttle body... so i had a boost leak and meth coming out of it.

tho some cars around here we have built just do pop 500... my car is kind of a freak

i have already made 580 before just pouring race gas in.. never tuned for it.. im sure she could break 600... as far as i know it is the highest hp stock block IX in the country
