Read what the guy wrote.

The car is running fine, once it gets hot it mysteriously shuts off, turns over fine but, doesn't start until the engine cools off.

I have never heard of a starter doing any of that. If he started the car, drove to where he was going, got the car up to temp, turned the car off, then tried to restart it and, it wouldn't turn over or struggled to it would probably be the starter.

I would venture to say it is fuel related as several others have.

Fuel fuel fuel. Ignore the comments about starter stuff.. people aren't paying attention to you.

Either your pump is bad (or the connection), your fuel pump relay is bad, your FPR is bad, or your ECUTEK flash is crap.

Personally, I'd start with the easiest stuff first: 1.) replace the pump relay 2.) swap back to your stock pump 3.) Reflash back to stock 4.) Replace FP regulator

Good luck!

Hw said he already has a walbro if any body read the whole post before chiming in. It difinitely sounds fuel related like the FP relay is over heating and sticking there. I would try a relay first then report back.

what type of driving are you doing when the car shuts down? hard accelerations or just cruising?

Yes, but the Walbro pumps have known to go out from time to time.
