following what soon2bevo said, perhaps jarrod's car would be a good guinea pig? assuming he has the same mods as when you guys announced your fp3065 testing...

The current 20g-9-5's should be upgradable, I see no reason that they won't be.

400 on pump gas on the right combination should be possible with this new bolt on turbo.

BTW, running the GT35R tonight at the track. It will be interesting to see if the clutch can hold all this power.

I am SICK OF HEARING ABOUT MY CAR NOT BEING A GOOD CAR TO TEST WITH. Get off of that.

My car has gone a BEST of 11.11 at 124 built to the hilt. There are atleast 6 guys going 11.20's at 120-124 mph with stock shortblocks, stock heads, mild cams, stock intake manifolds, stock throttle bodies with the same turbo. It is a dead freaking fact at this point that the 20g-9-5 performs and will perform on ANY EVO that has the right supporting mods, a good tune and driver. End of story.

As time goes this new turbo will get tested on all sorts of combinations I am sure. I can also gaurantee you that if you test it on an EVO that has a catback exhaust stock cams and a boost controller it will not make the maximum power. Wasting time testing combinations with this turbo is stupid. Less mods usually mean less power, it is quite simple.

If I seem irratated I am. For over a year I have heard this stuff and the points are dead at this time as it has all been proven. The fastest guy with a 20g-9-5 has an EVO8 with Stages 1-4, 280 cams and a REFLASH he has gone 11.2 at 124 mph with the turbo. That is less than a .10 of a second from my RS, he is at full weight and he ran the same MPH.

<raises hand >

I'm one of those guys at 124 mph with the 20g-9-5. (full weight and 272's)

It's definitely the real deal. Dave's numbers with his RS are neither inflated nor BS. They are very achievable in any "ordinary" Evo.

And Dave, thanks for confirming that the 20g-9-5 will be upgradeable. I'm definitely interested. You *should* have decent weather at the track tonight. This crap is supposed to move out and give way to sunshine and nice cool temps.

Dave, is there anything you can do for existing customers with the BR 35R ? I like the sound of a quicker spool. Maybe we can swap them out when I come up on the 25th for a retune .

David, with the larger turbine wheel, aren't you a little worried about the turbo surging?
